Effective 5 October 2026
These terms form an agreement between you and SalesGraph.dev ("SalesGraph", "we", "us") and govern your use of the SalesGraph software, website, and services.
Payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record. Purchasing a subscription means you accept these terms.
By installing, accessing, or paying for SalesGraph you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use SalesGraph on devices you control, for as long as your subscription is active. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute the software, reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits, or use it to build a competing product.
Paid plans are sold as monthly subscriptions through Creem. Prices are shown on our pricing page and charged in US dollars. Your subscription renews each month until you cancel.
You are responsible for the payment method you supply and for any taxes that apply to your purchase.
You can cancel at any time, either from within SalesGraph or through the customer portal in your Creem receipt email.
When you cancel, we stop issuing new licence documents immediately. Any licence document already issued to you stays valid until its own expiry date, which is at most 30 days from the date it was issued. This is the intended behaviour: there is no mechanism to revoke a licence that has already been delivered to your device, and we do not build one.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order identifier. We aim to respond to support requests within 3 business days.
Creem processes all refunds and chargebacks for transactions made through it, and its policies apply. Please note that a refund does not retrieve a licence document already delivered to your device, and a chargeback may leave your software unusable while it is resolved.
You agree not to use SalesGraph to:
Third-party services such as LinkedIn, Google, and email providers impose their own terms on automated access. You are solely responsible for complying with them, and we may terminate your access if your use of SalesGraph results in a complaint or legal claim from a third party.
SalesGraph helps you gather information about companies and people. The legal basis for collecting and contacting that information is yours to establish, not ours. We do not control how you use the data, and you are responsible for complying with data protection law, including any requirement to notify the people you contact or to honour their objections.
You keep all ownership of data you collect. We claim no rights over it. We may improve the product using aggregated, de-identified patterns, never your data itself.
We work to keep SalesGraph available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature you rely on materially, we will refund the unused portion of your current term.
SalesGraph is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or that its output will be accurate, current, or lawful to use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, nor for lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of SalesGraph. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You agree to indemnify SalesGraph against claims arising from your use of the software, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of a third party's rights.
You may stop using SalesGraph at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, and will tell you why. On termination, licence documents already issued remain valid until they expire.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of mainland China.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continuing to use SalesGraph after that date means you accept the updated terms.
